Routines every family should know 📋

Schedules, drop-off rules, health policies, and weather notices — all in one place.

Daily rhythm

Morning gates open at 7:45 AM and classes begin at 8:00 AM. Afternoon gates open depending on level and program schedule.

🌱 Pre-Nursery 10:00 AM · 3:00 PM
🌼 Junior 10:30 AM · 3:30 PM
🌟 Senior 11:00 AM · 3:30 PM

Drop-off & pick-up

Children must be handed to a teacher before the fetcher leaves. Pupils are released only with the fetcher's I.D. and proper identification.

  • Parents and fetchers stay in the assigned drop-off or pick-up area
  • New pick-up persons must be reported before dismissal
  • After pick-up, duty of care returns to the parent, guardian, or fetcher

Health & nutrition

Families are asked to send nutritious meals and avoid food where sugar is the primary ingredient. Food sharing is not implemented because of allergies and dietary needs.

  • Medical and immunization records are due within 30 days of attendance
  • Medicine requires a signed permission form and prescription when applicable
  • Children should stay home for fever, diarrhea, vomiting, or contagious symptoms

Weather updates

Classes are suspended at Signal No. 1 or when announced by the government. Hazardous school conditions may also lead to closure.

  • AM notices are targeted by 7:30 AM, or as late as 8:00 AM when conditions shift
  • PM notices are targeted by 12:00 NN, or as late as 12:30 PM when needed
  • If no notice is posted, school operates at regular hours

Playground rules

Safe play needs mindful adults and considerate children.

Teachers and school staff are not responsible for supervising children who play after dismissal. Fetchers should follow posted playground rules and supervise children at all times.

For adults

Be careful, alert, ready, kind, and mindful. Bring a towel, extra shirt, and water.

For pupils

Wear socks, remove shoes, wash hands after play, and stop when the school bell rings.

Dress code

Pupils wear complete uniform, school I.D., proper shoes, white socks, and trimmed nails.
